I'm not relieved at all. SOPA and PIPA may have been stopped, but it's only a implication of time before they either get brought back up or another bill just like them pops up. The problem with the contravene against piracy is the people who might be able to actually do something about it (the government) lack the dexterity and knowledge required to find a fair and balanced way of combating it. And that's implying that there even IS a way to really fight piracy without indicting nearly everybody. For one, the punishments for uploading copyrighted significant needs to be reworked dramatically, in both financial fees and time exhausted jailed. It honestly feels like they pulled random numbers out of a hat and called it a day. We also demand to take the movement from the internet and into the real, physical world. We need to get the people out of support who supported the bill because they either don't respect our freedoms and common logic or they agreed upon a bill that they knew nothing about.
